About

Passionate about success

Life is such a remarkable adventure. For some people it is a walk in the park and for others it is one challenge after another. Each person has their own unique set of circumstances which influence their experiences. Circumstances are not always set in stone. In fact, it is common for many individuals to have incredible breakthroughs when they learn new ways of seeing and being. In turn, these adjustments create new circumstances. We all have choice, sometimes it is hiding behind one of our stories, but inevitably, it is there, and when we reach out and claim it, we step into a place of power and self congruency. I am all about supporting people to live an amazing life and stay connected with others on the same journey.

NLP/HNLP

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a methodology and toolset to help us understand and alter our subjective experiences to achieve positive outcomes. In other words, NLP helps us move beyond our limitations, particularly at a subconscious level, so that we can experience a greater sense of freedom in all contexts of our lives. With a greater sense of freedom comes the power of choice and when we are at choice we become the choreographer of our reality.

HNLP (Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology) is an extension to traditional NLP. HNLP creatively integrates concepts and processes that leverage the power of quantum physics, hypnosis and spirituality and connectedness. HNLP recognises that we are all on the path to self actualisation, whether we know it or not.

NLP and HNLP is often extremely effective at helping people in all contexts of life. Some common reasons people visit an NLP Practitioner or an NLP Master Practitioner include:

  • Dissolving limiting beliefs
  • Moving beyond phobias
  • Overcoming trauma
  • Creating positive eating choices
  • Breaking unhealthy patterns
  • Rising above depression
  • Confidently minimising anxiety
  • Improving personal image
  • Understanding relationships
  • Stress reduction
  • Communication skills
  • Increasing fitness
  • Decoding self sabotage
  • Growing confidence
  • Anger management
  • Experiencing forgiveness
  • General motivation
  • Putting off procrastination
  • Gaining momentum
  • Life direction
  • Nothing else has worked

Session information

Location: Maroochydore

Duration: Typically 60 minutes per session

How many sessions will it take? Whilst this is a common question, it depends on each individual circumstance. Some people have a single session and reach the outcome they are after. Others like to have a number of sessions focusing on different aspects. Having clients regularly book in for sessions as a sort of ongoing therapy is not the dynamic I create. My goal is empowerment so you can keep your hands on the steering wheel, a steering wheel that becomes easier to turn.

What is the investment? Session one and session two are $175 each. Any subsequent sessions are $150 each.

How do I book? Please contact Bec on 0401 011 524

Myotherapy

Myotherapy is a branch of manual medicine focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions that result from improper posture, poor biomechanics and injury.

Treatment may include trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, myofascial release, a wide range of soft tissue massage and manipulation to affected muscles, joints, and nerves. This style of treatment tends to acute or chronic conditions, as well as preventative management of injuries, pain and discomfort.

During your therapy, you will be educated on biomechanics, and may be prescribed exercises for continual conditioning between sessions.

I am currently taking a limited number of new myotherapy clients.

SFMA

The Selective Functional Movement Assessment is a system that takes into account altered motor control patterns. This assessment leads to understanding the root cause of the pain, not just the symptoms.

By identifying imbalances from a neurodevelopment perspective of mobility, stability, motor control or strength, we can direct the correction for motor control patterns – which is the way we learned to move as infants – as in how our brains communicate with the body, and re-learning that connection once again. For example, it’s not uncommon to see someone develop imbalances throughout the body from a old ankle injury that causes back pain years later. This is called regional interdependence – how seemingly unrelated problems are driving the dysfunction.

I am currently taking a limited number of new SFMA clients.
